Succes starts when you have the courage to step outside of your comfort zone! 20 years ago I took this step literally and leaped forward into the unknown. Along the way I learned invaluable lessons; first as squad leader in a para trooper unit, later as member of the close skydive team HayaBusa. I discuss different aspects of performing under high pressure, stress and how to deal with these. The 'recipe of succes' is the guideline throughout this keynote. This recipe provided me and the team with many world records and world championship titles.

FLOW
What is a 'Flowstate' and how can you harness the power from it yourself? During Flow I unpack this optimal state of consciousness. Where does it come from and how can we access it. Research has shown that people in flow are up to 500% more productive. Highly desirable to say the least.
​
Flow is a subject dear to hart. I myself have been a subject in the book of Michele Silvi: La menta del Campione (Italian for The mind of the Champion). After having experienced flow many times in competition, his book was the trigger to understanding the scientific side. Now I have the tools to access flow not only in high pressure situations, but equally in daily life.
